1Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to betdt. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between betdt and you. By using our services through the betdt website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

3Betting Rules

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed on betdt, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, betdt reserves the right to void or review a bet in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event does not take place as scheduled or is postponed.
• If incorrect odds are offered — ones that are clearly different from the market price.
• If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or any other irregularity.

3.2 Live Betting

Betdt's live betting section lets you place bets in real time. Please note that odds may change due to network delays. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are considered final.

3.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits apply across various events and markets. These limits may vary based on your betting history, account verification level, and event type. Any amount exceeding the maximum limit will be automatically voided.

3.4 Result Determination

All bet outcomes will be determined based on official announcements from recognised sports governing bodies. In the event of any dispute over a result, betdt's decision will be considered final.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Betdt currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200
• Rocket — Minimum deposit ৳200
• Bank Transfer — Minimum ৳1,000

Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there's an unexpected delay, please contact support within 24 hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on betdt are simple and fast, but the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Without completed KYC verification, withdrawals are limited to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at betdt can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify:

• A first deposit of at least ৳500 is required.
• A specific promo code may be required to claim the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager at least 10x the original bonus amount.

5.2 Reload & Weekly Bonuses

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Betdt actively monitors for bonus system abuse. Any of the following actions will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Intentionally placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Claiming bonuses from the same device under multiple family members' names.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betdt:

• Fraud & Cheating: Any form of financial fraud, or use of stolen cards or accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using betdt as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Match Fixing: Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• System Hacking: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to betdt's systems.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

7Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 From betdt

Betdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (24 months).

7.2 On Your Part

You can close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Before closing, please wait for all pending bets to be settled and withdraw any remaining balance.

8Responsible Gaming

Betdt believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

At betdt, you can set your own:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Maximum bet amount.
• Cooling-off period (from 1 day up to 6 months).
• Permanent self-exclusion.
